Job Title: Sales and Marketing Manager

Village Auto Sales is seeking a highly skilled Sales and Marketing Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to drive sales and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze market research data to inform business decisions and activities
  • Conduct economic and commercial surveys to identify potential markets for our products and services
  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote our brand and offerings
  • Direct the marketing strategies of our establishment and evaluate their effectiveness
  • Develop and manage our online presence, including our website and social media channels
  • Plan and control budgets and expenditures for marketing initiatives
  • Direct and evaluate the performance of our marketing team
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in a relevant field
  • 5 years or more of experience in sales and marketing
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
