Job Title: Sales and Marketing Manager

Village Auto Sales is seeking a highly skilled Sales and Marketing Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to drive business growth and sales.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze market research data to inform business decisions and improve sales performance
  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive website traffic
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Manage and optimize our online presence, including social media and website content
  • Develop and implement communication strategies to engage with customers and stakeholders
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and make data-driven decisions to improve results
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the automotive industry
  • Proven track record of success in developing and executing marketing campaigns that drive business growth
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
