Executive Support Specialist

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Executive Support Specialist to provide administrative support to our team. This is a full-time position that involves providing exceptional support to our executives, maintaining accurate records, and performing various administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities- Administrative Tasks
- Provide administrative support to our executives, including scheduling appointments, preparing correspondence, and managing calendars.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, both physical and digital.
- Perform data entry, manage databases, and maintain digital filing systems.
- Order office supplies, manage inventory, and ensure a well-stocked office environment.
- Communication and Customer Service
- Respond to phone calls, emails, and other inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
- Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external clients.
- Greet visitors, direct them to contacts or service areas, and ensure a positive first impression.
- Technical Skills
- Proficient in MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Familiarity with electronic mail and calendar systems.
- Work Environment
- 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
- Permanent employment opportunity.
- English as the primary language of communication.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
The estimated salary for this position is $40,000-$50,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
