Job Summary

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Executive Support Specialist to provide administrative support to our team. This is a full-time position that involves providing exceptional support to our executives, maintaining accurate records, and performing various administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Tasks
    • Provide administrative support to our executives, including scheduling appointments, preparing correspondence, and managing calendars.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, both physical and digital.
    • Perform data entry, manage databases, and maintain digital filing systems.
    • Order office supplies, manage inventory, and ensure a well-stocked office environment.
  • Communication and Customer Service
    • Respond to phone calls, emails, and other inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
    • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external clients.
    • Greet visitors, direct them to contacts or service areas, and ensure a positive first impression.
  • Technical Skills
    • Proficient in MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
    • Familiarity with electronic mail and calendar systems.
  • Work Environment
    • 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
    • Permanent employment opportunity.

Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $40,000-$50,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
