Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the implementation of a Capital Markets data governance framework, focusing on improvements to investment and holdings data throughout the trade lifecycle.
  • Develop and implement organizational policies and standards within Capital Markets, designing principles, governance metrics, processes, and data architecture to support data management.
  • Define data domains to capture and manage Capital Markets data, collaborating with stakeholders to ensure data domains reflect business needs.
  • Establish a consistent set of business processes to manage mastered and golden data sets for capital markets and finance.
  • Work with data platform teams to ensure data requirements support data quality and Master Data Management (MDM) needs.
  • Contribute to assessing and maturing strategic data governance priorities.

Requirements:

  • At least 9 years of relevant work experience with data governance strategy and program delivery within Capital Markets.
  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a related field, such as Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Accounting, Finance, or Information Management.
  • Working experience in Capital Markets and good knowledge of investment and asset classes.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience leading a team.
  • Demonstrated consulting and leadership skills, with change management concepts and strategies, including strong communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.
