About the Role
This Quality Assurance Coordinator position ensures accurate reporting and timely documentation in accordance with quality systems and procedures. The successful candidate will also provide backup support for various tasks including CAQ System management and IATF audit administration.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To excel in this role, you should have post-secondary education in Engineering (preferable) along with experience in mechanical/technical areas and certification as a Lead Internal Auditor (IATF 16949). Strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook) are essential. Additionally, familiarity with CAQ System, MAFACT knowledge, OEM customer quality portal, and Automotive manufacturing background would be beneficial.
Your Responsibilities
The key responsibilities of this position include central contact for storage and retention of supplier and customer PPAP documentation, report generation, internal IATF audits, backup support for the IATF Lead Auditor, IATF external audit administration, and Ease system administration (including user management, training, work centers, scheduling audits, generating reports, and findings follow-up).
