We are seeking a dedicated Hearing Health Specialist to join our retail centre in Airdrie, AB. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and helping individuals achieve their hearing health goals.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work with our Best-in-Class hearing centres, providing expert care and guidance to clients. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting thorough hearing evaluations and diagnostic tests
  • Maintaining expertise in the latest hearing aid technology
  • Collaborating with front office staff to schedule appointments and manage client flow
  • Focusing on operational and quality assurance guidelines to ensure seamless client experiences

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A College Diploma from a recognized Hearing Instrument Specialist program or University Degree from a recognized Audiology program or equivalent
  • Current registration in good standing with regulatory college or provincially recognized licensing body
  • Minimum 1 year of diagnostic/dispensing experience (not applicable for initial practice registrants e.g., students)
  • Current knowledge of hearing health care products and services
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, ability to establish and maintain a professional rapport with clients and co-workers
  • Travel may be required to support clients
