• Register arriving guests and assign rooms, ensuring seamless check-in experiences.
• Process group arrivals and departures, managing room assignments efficiently.
• Take, cancel, and change room reservations, providing exceptional customer service.
• Offer information on hotel facilities and services, catering to guests' needs.
• Provide general information about local points of interest, enhancing guests' stay experience.
• Process guests' departures, calculate charges, and receive payments, maintaining a high level of professionalism.
• Maintain an inventory of vacancies, reservations, and room assignments, ensuring accurate data management.
• Adhere to emergency and safety procedures, prioritizing guest and staff safety.
• Perform clerical duties, including faxing, filing, and photocopying, supporting the front desk team.
• Answer telephone calls and relay messages, providing excellent communication skills.
• Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring guest satisfaction.
