Job Title: Regional Sales Director

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Sales Director to join our team at CellChem Pharmaceuticals Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our sales team in building relationships with business clients and managing negotiations of sales contracts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Planning: Determine strategic planning related to new product lines and establish organizational policies and procedures in relation to sales.
  • Sales Team Leadership: Lead sales team in building relationships with business clients and manage negotiations of sales contracts.
  • Regional Operations: Organize regional and divisional sales operations and plan, direct and evaluate the activities of sales departments in commercial, industrial, wholesale and retail and other establishments.
  • Staff Management: Recruit, organize, train and manage staff, including more than 20 people with various areas of responsibility.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree.
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years in a sales leadership role.
  • Travel: Willing to travel cross-border and regularly.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
