We are currently hiring a Restaurant Operations Supervisor for multiple positions at Sadiq Holdings Inc./Burger King. This role requires a minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in a fast-paced food service environment.
Responsibilities include:
- Supervise and manage a team of 8-10 food service counter attendants and kitchen helpers.
- Establish and manage work schedules, including staffing and labor planning.
- Estimate and order ingredients and supplies to ensure optimal inventory levels.
- Maintain high standards of food quality and presentation.
- Monitor and maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastages.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on sales, inventory, and employee performance.
- Train and develop staff in job duties, sanitation, and customer service.
- Recruit and hire local staff to meet business needs.
- Work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and high pressure.
- Perform a combination of walking, standing, and sitting throughout the shift.
- Enter sales data and other information into files, registers, and computers.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve employee concerns in a professional manner.
We offer competitive wages of $17.00 to $19.00 per hour for a minimum of 40 hours a week.
