We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Director of Skincare and Cosmetics to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our product development process, ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and effectiveness. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement product development strategies that align with our company's mission and values.
- Lead a team of product developers, scientists, and chemists to create innovative and effective skincare and cosmetics products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that products meet regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the skincare and cosmetics industry.
- Develop and manage budgets for product development and marketing initiatives.
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences to promote our products and build relationships with key stakeholders.
Requirements:
- 9+ years of experience in product development, preferably in the skincare and cosmetics industry.
- University degree in a relevant field, such as biochemistry, pharmacology, or a related field.
- Proven track record of developing innovative and effective products that meet customer needs.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders.
- Deep knowledge of the skincare and cosmetics industry, including trends, regulations, and market dynamics.
