Job Title: Ice Cream Production Supervisor

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Ice Cream Production Supervisor to join our team at the London Ice Cream Company. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our ice cream production facility.

Responsibilities:

  • Train and supervise production staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies
  • Prepare production reports and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
  • Coordinate and schedule activities of production staff
  • Establish methods to meet work schedules and coordinate work activities with other work units
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies

Requirements:

  • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a dairy or food processing industry
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, oral communication, and written communication
  • Judgement, organized, team player, and reliability
