We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Ice Cream Processing Assistant Supervisor to join our team at the London Ice Cream Company.
Job Summary:The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of our ice cream production team, ensuring that all products meet our high standards of quality and safety. This is a key role in our company, and we are looking for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional results and providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of the ice cream production team, ensuring that all products meet our high standards of quality and safety.
- Train and develop the skills of team members, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Prepare and submit reports on production performance, quality control, and other relevant metrics.
- Recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality, and implement changes as needed.
- Establish and maintain effective relationships with suppliers, customers, and other stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations, and maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
- College diploma or equivalent in a related field, such as food science or business administration.
- 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role in the food processing industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups of people.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on meeting deadlines and achieving results.
