Job Title: Ice Cream Processing Assistant Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Ice Cream Processing Assistant Supervisor to join our team at the London Ice Cream Company. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our ice cream manufacturing process.

Responsibilities:
  • Train and supervise staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
  • Prepare production reports and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Coordinate and schedule activities of workers, ensuring efficient workflow and meeting work schedules.
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
Requirements:
  • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
Work Environment:
  • Fast-paced environment with attention to detail required.
  • Work under pressure and make sound judgments.
Personal Suitability:
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Organized and reliable with a team player attitude.
