Supporting Mine Operations
Rio Tinto is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our Mine Operations team. As a key member of our team, you will provide administrative support to our supervisors and contribute to the smooth operation of our mine.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to supervisors, including data entry, document preparation, and payroll processing.
- Maintain accurate records and files, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Assist with workforce scheduling, training records, and other related duties.
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve results and promote a safe working environment.
Requirements
- Diploma or Certificate in Business Administration.
- Proficient in MS Office applications and SAP.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work cooperatively and productively with others.
- Effective organization and prioritization skills.
