Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Transportation Fleet Manager to join our team at AL AZLAAN LOGISTICS INC. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our transportation fleet, ensuring efficient and safe transportation of goods.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate Daily Operations: Monitor and assess the performance of our transportation fleet, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
  • Plan and Organize Daily Operations: Develop and implement daily schedules and routes to ensure timely and efficient transportation of goods.
  • Manage Finances or Budget: Oversee the financial aspects of our transportation fleet, including budgeting and cost control.
  • Establish and Implement Policies: Develop and implement policies and standards for the transportation and storage of goods, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Oversee Scheduling and Dispatching: Coordinate the scheduling and dispatching of vehicles and goods, ensuring timely and efficient transportation.
  • Monitor Revenue: Track and analyze revenue generated from transportation services, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Organize and Maintain Inventory: Oversee the organization and maintenance of inventory, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting.
  • Record Cargo Information: Record and track cargo information, including hours of service, distance traveled, and fuel consumption.
