Industrial Cleaning Operations Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Industrial Cleaning Operations Supervisor to join our team at Steamatic Vaudreuil-Salaberry.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day cleaning operations, ensuring that all areas of our facilities are maintained to the highest standards. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dedicated team and contribute to our commitment to providing exceptional service to our clients.
Job Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate the activities of cleaning staff to ensure efficient and effective cleaning operations
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
- Maintain accurate financial records and manage budgets related to cleaning supplies and equipment
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of cleaning services
- Develop and implement cleaning schedules to meet the needs of our facilities
- High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field an asset
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory role within the cleaning industry
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions
- Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle
- A competitive salary range of $55,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on experience
