Retail Store Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Northwood Liquor Store. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the store, including inventory management, sales, and customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Inventory Management: Ensure accurate and efficient inventory management, including receiving, stocking, and maintaining inventory levels.
- Sales and Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, respond to customer inquiries, and resolve any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Team Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales workers, including assigning duties, providing guidance and support, and conducting performance evaluations.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze sales reports, merchandising reports, and personnel reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of retail management experience.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
