Role Overview

OSCAR Pro is seeking a seasoned professional to lead the implementation of our Electronic Health Record (EHR) system. As the Director of EMR/EHR Implementation, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful deployment of our platform, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems, and providing exceptional customer support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead cross-functional teams to implement EHR solutions, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes.
  • Monitor and analyze system performance, making data-driven decisions to optimize implementation timelines and reduce onboarding wait times.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements, applying knowledge to enhance EHR implementation strategies.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in EHR implementations, with a strong understanding of healthcare IT systems and processes.
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with ability to motivate and guide teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to make informed decisions.
