About Our Teams

Associate Leadership

As a key member of our store team, you will play a vital role in leading and developing our associates to achieve their full potential. This includes:

  1. Recruiting and Training: Attracting and retaining top talent, and providing comprehensive training to ensure our associates have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.
  2. Performance Management: Coaching and developing associates to meet performance expectations, and providing constructive feedback to drive growth and improvement.
  3. Employee Engagement: Fostering a positive and inclusive work environment that encourages associate participation, feedback, and idea-sharing.

Pet Parent Engagement

You will work closely with your teams to build strong relationships with our pet parents and pets, ensuring their safety and well-being within the store. This includes:

  1. Customer Service: Providing exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  2. Pet Care: Ensuring the health and well-being of our live pets, and maintaining a clean and safe store environment.
  3. Merchandising: Maintaining a visually appealing store display, and ensuring that products are accurately priced and stocked.

Overall Retail Initiatives

In partnership with your Store Manager, you will execute on all strategic merchandising initiatives, drive sales, and set standards of success within our retail store. This includes:

  1. Inventory Management: Managing inventory levels, and ensuring that products are accurately stocked and rotated.
  2. Visual Merchandising: Creating an engaging and attractive store display, and maintaining a consistent visual brand image.
  3. Sales Performance: Analyzing sales data, and developing strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer engagement.
