Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Technician to join our team in the Montreal/Quebec Region. As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for performing installation, maintenance, and repairs on equipment within an assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, maintain, and repair equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime
  • Work on a variety of products, including ATMs, POS systems, kiosks, and other retail and banking equipment
  • Assist in site preparation and equipment testing to ensure smooth operations
  • Maintain accurate records and inventory of assets to ensure efficient operations
  • Collect customer information for invoicing and other business purposes

Requirements:

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Valid provincial driver's license
  • Canadian citizen or permanent resident
  • Up to a year of related experience in technical support or equipment maintenance
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Windows
  • Flexibility and positive attitude to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Physical ability to perform prolonged travel and manual work
