Job Title: Executive Chef

We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team at J & D Developments Ltd. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for overseeing the preparation and presentation of our menu items.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Menu Planning and Preparation: Develop and implement menus that meet the highest standards of quality and presentation.
  • Kitchen Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of kitchen staff, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of food, supplies, and equipment, ensuring that we always have the necessary resources to meet demand.
  • Quality Control: Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure that they meet the highest standards of cleanliness and safety.
  • Team Leadership: Provide guidance and support to kitchen staff, helping them to develop their skills and achieve their full potential.
Requirements:
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
Work Environment:

This is a fast-paced environment that requires physical stamina and the ability to work under pressure. You will be required to stand for extended periods and lift up to 13.5 kg (30 lbs).
