Job Summary:

The Casino Host - Player Development is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to high-end players at Great Canadian Entertainment. This role involves building relationships, identifying opportunities, and delivering personalized experiences to drive loyalty and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with high net worth players to understand their preferences and needs.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance the player experience and deliver personalized services to drive loyalty and revenue growth.
  • Work closely with the operations team to ensure seamless execution of player development initiatives.
  • Monitor and analyze player activity to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute targeted promotions and events.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma; post-secondary education in commerce, marketing, hospitality, public relations, or management an asset.
  • Minimum 2 years of marketing experience in sales/sales management; marketing experience, loyalty program experience.
  • 2 years experience in a gaming environment preferred.
  • Available to work in a 24/7/365-day environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office software, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Explorer.
  • Read and understand command of English language in order to communicate with guests and co-workers.

Work Environment Considerations:

  • Work within a 24/7 operation with ability to work flexible hours when required (days, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays).
  • Must be willing to submit to a criminal record check with results acceptable to our organization, standards, and position.
