About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Labourer to join our team at Via Pave Ltd. as a Paving Operations Labourer. As a Labourer, you will be responsible for assisting in the construction and maintenance of paved surfaces, including roads, highways, and parking lots.

Key Responsibilities
  • Load, unload, and transport construction materials
  • Operate mobile and tower cranes to lift, move, position, or place equipment and materials
  • Erect and dismantle concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring, and barricades
  • Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt
  • Level earth to fine grade specifications
  • Pave and rake asphalt
  • Clean and pile salvaged materials
  • Perform routine maintenance work
  • Remove rubble and other debris at construction sites
  • Direct traffic at or near construction sites
Requirements
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience
  • Valid driver's license
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Physical stamina to handle heavy loads
  • Manual dexterity and attention to detail
