Retail Sales Advisor Job Description

At Snuggle Bugz, we're seeking a charismatic and energetic Retail Sales Advisor to join our team. This part-time position offers the perfect opportunity for someone who is passionate about building meaningful relationships with customers and providing exceptional customer service.

Salary and Benefits

This Retail Sales Advisor role comes with a competitive salary of $17.25 per hour, paid on an hourly basis. In addition to this, you'll also enjoy on-site parking and store discounts.

Job Description

As a Retail Sales Advisor, your primary responsibility will be to provide excellent customer service, both in-store and over the phone. You'll work closely with colleagues to achieve sales targets, maintain a clean and organized store environment, and assist with receiving and processing store shipments.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Previous retail sales experience is preferred, but not essential.
  • You'll need to be able to lift and move up to 50 pounds and be comfortable standing for long periods.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role.
  • You should be a self-starter, able to understand and execute tasks with minimal supervision.
Additional Responsibilities

In addition to the above responsibilities, you may also be required to perform other duties as needed, such as merchandising and promotional activities. We offer flexible scheduling, including 4-hour and 8-hour shifts, Monday to Friday, and occasional weekends as needed.
