Facilities Maintenance Technician

Pioneer Cleaning Services Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Cleaning Specialist. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and organization of our facilities.
Key Responsibilities- Cleaning and Sanitizing: Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors, dust furniture, vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture, clean and disinfect kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances, and disinfect operating rooms and other areas.
- Housekeeping: Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties, wash windows, walls, and ceilings, and pick up debris and empty trash containers.
- Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns and provide basic information on facilities.
- Physical Demands: The role requires repetitive tasks, physically demanding work, attention to detail, bending, crouching, kneeling, and a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. Standing for extended periods is also required.
- Weight Handling: The ability to lift up to 45 kg (100 lbs) is necessary.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
- Language: English is the primary language required for this role.
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
