Job Title: Food Service Supervisor - Team Lead

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Dragon City Buffet. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our buffet service, ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service and that our food quality meets our high standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
  • Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
  • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
  • Prepare and submit reports

Requirements:

  • 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
