We are seeking a skilled Culinary Professional to join our team at Great Canadian Gaming Corporation. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking food products to the highest standards, while maintaining a safe and welcoming work environment for all team members.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and cook food products according to recipes and presentation standards
- Clean and maintain kitchen equipment and facilities to ensure a safe and healthy environment
- Receive and store food and supply deliveries, and maintain inventory levels
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests and team members
- Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve culinary and operational goals
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance culinary skills and knowledge
- High School Diploma or equivalent; culinary education an asset
- Minimum 6 months of culinary experience; food safety certification required
- Ability to work a variety of shifts, including days, nights, weekends, and statutory holidays
- Strong communication and teamwork skills; ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Dependable and reliable with a demonstrated commitment to service excellence
