Job Title: Administrative Coordinator

Fed Supply is seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our logistics and supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities:Office Administration:
  • Manage incoming mail and coordinate shipments with various carriers.
  • Prepare registered mailings and keep stationery supplies up to date.
  • Assist in preparing gifts, samples, and training materials.
  • Maintain and organize files for different departments.
Accounting:
  • Monitor incoming emails and print freight bills.
  • Collaborate with the accounting team to transfer invoices to the accounting software.
  • Manage the filing of invoices and match check stubs with paid invoices.
Customs:
  • Conduct price comparisons of carriers based on destination and goods.
  • Prepare necessary transport documents for shipments.
  • Maintain a registry for customs and GST fees payable.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; relevant college degree or coursework preferred.
  • Previous experience in shipping coordination, customs procedures, and administrative tasks.
  • Strong familiarity with shipping carriers and accounting software.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, in English and French.
