About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to provide exceptional care to our residents as a Resident Care Professional. Under the direction of the nurse-in-charge, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care that prioritizes the well-being and dignity of our residents.
Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care services, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Assist with daily activities, such as meals, exercise, and leisure pursuits
- Support residents with mobility and transfer needs
- Maintain accurate records of resident care and progress
