Food Service Supervisor

BAR BURRITO is seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our restaurant operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our kitchen and dining areas.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring high-quality service and food presentation.
- Inventory Management: Requisition food and kitchen supplies, estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns, and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
- Financial Management: Prepare budget and cost estimates, and maintain accurate financial records.
- Training and Development: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, and provide on-the-job training tailored to individual needs.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Physical Abilities: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, and maintain attention to detail.
