Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Tim Hortons. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of food service staff and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership: Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food, train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, and estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation.
- Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
- Operations: Requisition food and kitchen supplies, prepare budget and cost estimates, and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Team Management: Hire food service staff, supervise and check assembly of trays, and prepare food order summaries for the chef.
- Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service environment.
- Skills: Excellent oral communication, client focus, and attention to detail.
