Food Service Supervisor

BAR BURRITO is seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food meets the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish and implement efficient work schedules to meet customer demand
- Requisition food and kitchen supplies to maintain high-quality standards
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of kitchen staff, ensuring that food is prepared and served promptly
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a safe and healthy work environment
- Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation, minimizing waste and excess
- Hire and manage food service staff, ensuring that they meet the highest standards of quality and customer service
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
- Prepare and submit reports on sales, stock, and other key performance indicators
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service environment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain high-quality standards
