Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Cashier to join our team. As a Cashier, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing transactions, and maintaining a positive store environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver outstanding customer service to every customer
  • Process purchases, returns, exchanges, and general inquiries in a timely and efficient manner
  • Maintain a balanced till and accurate cash handling procedures
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer experiences
Required Skills and Knowledge
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Previous customer service experience and/or cash handling experience is an asset
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good math and problem-solving skills
