Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at MM Enterprises Inc. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service establishment, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food meets the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and Coordinate Activities: Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that food is prepared and served in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Train Staff: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, ensuring that they are equipped to provide excellent customer service and maintain a clean and safe work environment.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
  • Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that their needs are met and that they leave the establishment satisfied.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing accurate and timely reports to management.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit reports on a regular basis, providing management with insights into sales trends, customer feedback, and operational efficiency.
Requirements:
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this position.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service establishment is preferred.
  • Work Setting: This position is located in a fast-paced food service establishment, requiring the ability to work in a dynamic and ever-changing environment.
  • Physical Demands: This position requires standing for extended periods, bending, crouching, kneeling, and walking, as well as the ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
