Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Titon PG Holdings Ltd. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service establishment, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food meets the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and Coordinate Staff: Supervise and co-ordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that they are working efficiently and effectively.
- Train and Develop Staff: Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, and provide ongoing coaching and feedback to ensure that they are meeting the required standards.
- Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, and take corrective action when necessary.
- Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, and prepare and submit reports as required.
As a Food Service Supervisor, you will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, and will be required to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as bending, crouching, and kneeling.
Requirements- Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this role.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service establishment is required.
- Language: English is the primary language spoken in this role.
