Unit Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Unit Supervisor to join our team at McDonald's Restaurant. As a Unit Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of food service counter attendants and food preparers to ensure that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and Coordinate Team Members: Lead and motivate a team of 3-4 staff members to ensure that they are working efficiently and effectively to meet customer needs.
- Train and Develop Staff: Provide on-the-job training and coaching to staff members to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge required to perform their duties.
- Estimate and Manage Inventory: Estimate the ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation and manage inventory levels to ensure that we have the necessary stock to meet customer demand.
- Ensure Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards by conducting regular quality checks and addressing any issues that arise.
- Address Customer Complaints: Respond to customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Maintain Records: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to ensure that we are operating efficiently and effectively.
- Prepare Reports: Prepare and submit reports to management on a regular basis.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory role.
- Language: English.
