Job Summary:

The Counter Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing rentals and returns, and ensuring a seamless experience for our customers.

Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Rental Processing: Process rentals and returns, ensuring accurate and efficient transactions.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory levels, ensuring that vehicles are available for rental and that returns are processed correctly.
  • Financial Transactions: Process financial transactions, including payments and refunds, in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Benefits: Dental plan, health care plan, vision care benefits, commission, group insurance benefits, life insurance, pension plan, and registered retirement savings plan (RRSP).
