Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Counter Representative to join our team at Hertz Canada LTD. As a Counter Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless rental experience for our clients.

Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Process rental agreements and ensure all necessary documentation is completed accurately and efficiently.
  • Manage cash and credit transactions, including handling payments and refunds.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to company standards and safety protocols.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and credit transactions.
