**Job Summary**

We are seeking an experienced and motivated individual to join our team as an Assistant Department Manager, Restaurant. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading a team, providing coaching and mentorship, and driving sales growth through effective inventory management and customer service.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Lead a team of sales associates and department managers to achieve sales and customer service goals.
  • Develop and implement effective inventory management strategies to minimize stock levels and maximize sales.
  • Provide coaching and mentorship to team members to improve their skills and performance.
  • Communicate effectively with the team and other departments to ensure seamless operations.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.

**Requirements**

  • Previous retail or customer service experience, preferably in a grocery or food service environment.
  • Food Safe Certification.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for great food and providing outstanding customer service.
