About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Search Engine Optimization Specialist to join our team at OLG. As a key member of our digital marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing SEO strategies to drive traffic and revenue to our digital channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Optimize Website Content: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize website content for maximum SEO ranking and performance.
  • Develop SEO Strategies: Plan and lead the development of SEO strategies and goals for all new digital marketing-based projects.
  • Lead SEO Asset Assessments: Lead all SEO asset assessments and content gap analyses to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with Stakeholders: Collaborate with internal stakeholders and project teams to ensure seamless execution of SEO strategies.
  • Develop SEO Copy Tone and Style: Develop SEO copy tone and style that is consistent with our brand tone of voice.
  • Support Senior Director, Digital Marketing: Support the Senior Director, Digital Marketing in developing new and creative growth strategies.
  • Provide Recommendations and Execute Strategies: Provide recommendations and execute strategies for content development in coordination with SEO and Brand & marketing goals.
  • Track and Report Performance: Leverage internal insights and analytics tools to track and report on SEO performance and provide recommendations for future improvements.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 Years of SEO Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in SEO dedicated role (agency, design house, in-house).
  • Advanced Google Analytics Experience: Advanced Google Analytics experience.
  • Expert Experience with Multiple SEO Tools: Expert experience with multiple SEO tools: MOZ, ahrefs, SEMrush, Google search console, Screaming Frog etc.
  • Familiarity with Front-end Web Development: Familiarity with front-end web development (HTML, JavaScript, CSS).
