Senior Project Planner

At Syneos Health, we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Planner to join our team. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for driving the financial health of assigned brands, creating and maintaining yearly and/or project-specific budget scope documents, and developing estimates and managing billing processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive the financial health of assigned brands
  • Create and maintain yearly and/or project-specific budget scope documents
  • Develop estimates and manage billing processes
  • Lead monthly forecasting, including preparing forecast and providing rationale on submission
  • Serve as the client point of contact for financial management
  • Collaborate with brand Project Manager and Account brand leads to ensure transparency, accuracy, and health of brand financials
Requirements:
  • BS/BA (or relevant experience)
  • 5+ years' experience in advertising/marketing production/delivery
  • Expertise in financial management and vendor coordination
  • Strong understanding of print, digital, and video production
  • Ability to manage complex projects across multiple brands
  • Problem-solving skills and clear communication
  • Experience with Gantt charts and project timelines
