Rentokil-Terminix Canada is a leading provider of pest control services to the property management sector. Our team of certified specialists uses innovative technologies to protect millions of homes and businesses across Canada.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular inspections of properties to identify infestation sources, extent of damage, and access to infested areas.
- Apply products to infested areas using mechanical or electric sprayers and set traps as per regulatory guidelines.
- Provide recommendations to clients on preventing pest infestations.
- Study preliminary reports of infested areas and determine the treatment type required to eliminate and prevent recurrence of infestation.
- Document all work electronically after each visit.
Requirements:
- Valid Driver's license / clean driving record
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication, interpersonal, customer service, and time management skills
- Ability to work as part of a team
- A successful criminal background check
- Travel
- Bilingual candidate is preferred
Benefits:
- You are paid during your training, and any certifications you require the company will pay for.
- Company vehicle to reduce the expense of paying for gas or insurance on your personal vehicle.
- Company phone with a monthly plan for personal use.
- Uniforms are provided, so you do not need to pay for your own work clothes.
- We pay for 50% of the cost of your steel toes, once per year.
- We have a matching RRSP program up to 3% of your base salary per year.
- Paid personal and vacation days.
- Ability to make production and commission bonuses (after 3-month probation).
