French Language Educator Wanted

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic French language educator to join our team at Oxford Learning Centres, Inc. as a part-time French teacher. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in spoken and written French and English, and be comfortable teaching up to a Grade 9 level, with a preference for up to Grade 12.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Teach French language classes to students of varying levels
  • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans to promote student learning and understanding
  • Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback
  • Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or similar certification in a relevant field
  • Fourth year university students with extensive tutoring experience will be considered
  • Teaching certification an asset
  • Good knowledge of the current Grades 1-12 French core curriculum (Elementary and High School)
