Job Title: Food Service SupervisorJob Summary

Tim Hortons is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Food Service Supervisor to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food.
  • Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns and provide excellent service.
  • Operational Management: Establish methods to meet work schedules, estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
  • Training and Development: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit reports as required.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience.
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with standing for extended periods and physically demanding tasks.
  • Language: English.
