Job Title: Director of Facilities Asset Management

Fraser Health is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Facilities Asset Management to lead our facilities planning and projects team. As a key member of our senior leadership team, you will be responsible for providing strategic direction and oversight for all aspects of facilities management, including capital project planning, design, construction, and maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic plans for facilities management, aligning with Fraser Health's goals and objectives
  • Lead and manage a team of professionals responsible for facilities planning, design, construction, and maintenance
  • Collaborate with senior leaders and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and coordination of facilities-related initiatives
  • Develop and manage budgets and financial plans for facilities-related projects and initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and best practices in facilities management
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in a relevant field, such as facilities management, engineering, or architecture
  • 10+ years of experience in facilities management, with a minimum of 5 years in a senior leadership role
  • Proven track record of success in leading teams and managing complex projects
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
