**Job Description:**
We are seeking a Registered Nurse to join our team. As a Registered Nurse with Fraser Health, you will be responsible for providing direct patient care by assessing, planning, providing, and evaluating nursing care to patients. You will also participate in the care and discharge planning process for patients on admission and collaborate with members of the interprofessional care team.
**Key Responsibilities:
- Assess patients and collect information from various sources using skills of observation, communication, data review, and physical assessment.
- Makes a nursing diagnosis of the patient's condition and determines whether the condition can be improved or resolved by an appropriate nursing intervention.
- Plans, performs, and evaluates nursing interventions and care.
**Required Skills and Qualifications:**
To be successful in this role, you must have a strong foundation in nursing principles and practices. You should also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
