Department Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Department Lead to oversee the night crew replenishment operations within our SAP department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the department meets or exceeds sales and profitability goals.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop and train department colleagues in customer service, product knowledge, and merchandising skills. You will also be responsible for monitoring inventory levels, coordinating with other departments for timely replenishment, and maintaining a clean and safe department for customers and employees.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee day-to-day operations of the SAP department during night shifts
- Ensure the department meets or exceeds sales and profitability goals
- Train and develop department colleagues in customer service, product knowledge, and merchandising
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with other departments for timely replenishment
- Maintain a clean and safe department for customers and employees
- Manage departmental expenses
- Communicate regularly with store management and other department managers to ensure store-wide goals are being met
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous retail management experience, preferably in a departmental or specialty store setting is considered beneficial
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with ability to motivate and develop colleagues
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends
- Proficiency in basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of retail operations, including merchandising, inventory management, and customer service is considered beneficial
We offer a competitive salary range of $38,000.00 - $50,700.00 per year, depending on experience and location. Our comprehensive benefits package includes opportunities for career growth and development, as well as a supportive and inclusive work environment.
