Key Responsibilities
  • Estimating Ingredient and Supply Requirements: You will be responsible for accurately estimating the ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation to ensure efficient inventory management.
  • Hiring and Managing Food Service Staff: You will recruit, train, and manage a team of 3-4 food service staff to provide exceptional customer service and maintain high-quality food standards.
