Job Description:

The Client Solutions Internship Program offers a unique chance to gain hands-on experience with our cutting-edge solutions, work closely with clients, and develop versatile skillsets in an inclusive environment.

Your Impact
  • You will participate in comprehensive training, account shadowing, and client-facing projects to add value to our clients.
  • You will assist account teams with day-to-day client projects, new user trainings, and strategic initiatives.
  • You will observe Global Sales and Client Solutions professionals to gain insights into expert phone and on-site consultation services.
  • You will engage in learning activities, mock demos, and client interactions to learn about our diverse client base.
  • You will complete large-scale independent projects and present findings to senior management.
What We're Looking For
  • A strong interest in Finance and/or FinTech, with a client-centric mindset and desire to collaborate across teams.
  • Experience or desire to be client-facing in a support role.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to build relationships and work on teams.
  • Proven track record of learning and using new technology.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office with Excel skills.
  • Juniors in good academic standing (GPA 3.3 and above).

$60,000 - $70,000 per year (estimated salary based on industry standards and location). This figure may vary depending on factors such as location, experience, and performance.
