Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Food Service Operations Manager to join our team at The Food Dudes Inc. This role is responsible for analyzing budget to boost and maintain the restaurant's profits, developing budget to determine cost of food, ingredients, alcohol, kitchen and cleaning supplies, and evaluating daily operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze budget to optimize restaurant profits
  • Develop and implement budget plans to control costs
  • Evaluate daily operations to identify areas for improvement
  • Modify food preparation methods and menu prices according to the restaurant budget
  • Monitor staff performance and provide feedback
  • Recruit and train staff to meet business needs
  • Determine type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures
  • Organize and maintain inventory to ensure efficient operations
  • Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
Work Environment

The Food Service Operations Manager will work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on attention to detail and ability to work under pressure. The ideal candidate will have efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, and be a team player.

Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in food service operations or a related field
  • Equivalent experience may be considered
